On Tuesday, Apr. 26, fans gathered to watch the Northwestern Wildcats vs. Milwaukee Panthers baseball game at the Rocky and Berenice Miller Park in Evanston, IL. A smiling fan sits alone, watching the game and eating popcorn.

David Utagawa, #26, pitches. A sophomore from Phoenix, Arizona, Utagawa was the team’s MVP recipient last year.

From the dugout, catcher Stephen Hrustich, #13, watches the game. Hrustich is a junior at Northwestern who also plays first baseman.

Two attendees chat during a halt of play. It was an 8-0 victory for the Northwestern Wildcats.

It’s the fourth inning. As he walks to the dugout, Hrustich converses with a member of the coaching staff.

One Northwestern fan watches the game alone. “Let’s go Tony!” he shouts whenever Livermore steps up to the plate.

Four kids enjoy the game as they munch on hot dogs and snacks. “Let’s go Rube!” they chant, referring to Wildcats’ outfielder Ruben Fontes.

Outfielder Ethan O’Donnell slides into home base — he’s safe. It’s the fourth inning, and the Panthers are losing 6-0.

The Wildcats celebrate as they swap players. They don't seem to be worried considering they’re winning by an overwhelming margin.

On this chilly but sunny day, four Northwestern undergraduates watch the game with blankets. Two of the women are watching attentively while the other two scroll through their smartphones.
